These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.alienconsulting.cc and services provided by Alien Consulting Corp (“Alien Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Alien Consulting provides business consulting and business support services that may include: Business Discovery Sessions Business coaching and strategy sessions Business idea and opportunity evaluation Business model development Market analysis Business setup and company formation support Business banking preparation Business website creation Professional business email setup Business tools and digital workspace setup Business launch planning Funding readiness preparation Business funding strategy and navigation The specific scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, and fees for paid services may be described in a separate service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or invoice. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific engagement, the separate written agreement will control for that engagement.
2. Business Discovery Session
Alien Consulting may offer a complimentary Business Discovery Session. The purpose of the session is to understand your current situation, business goals, needs, and potential next steps. A complimentary Business Discovery Session does not guarantee that Alien Consulting will accept an engagement, provide financing, obtain financing for you, or achieve any particular business result.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for paid services will be communicated before services begin and may be stated in a service agreement, proposal, or invoice. Payments may be processed through Square or another authorized payment provider. You agree to pay all fees and charges you have authorized in accordance with the applicable agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by law, fees for services already performed and non-refundable third-party expenses are not refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information reasonably necessary for us to provide services. You are responsible for reviewing documents, applications, business information, and recommendations before making decisions or submitting information to third parties. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, representations, applications, financial obligations, legal compliance, and agreements with third parties.
5. Business Formation and Setup Support
Alien Consulting may assist clients with practical business setup activities, including company formation support, business registration coordination, banking preparation, website development, business email setup, digital workspace setup, and related business organization. Alien Consulting is a business consulting company and is not a government agency. Government filing fees, registration fees, banking requirements, third-party software fees, domain fees, hosting fees, and similar third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in a written agreement. 6. Business Funding Services Alien Consulting provides funding readiness, strategy, and navigation support. Alien Consulting is not a lender and does not itself extend credit or make lending or underwriting decisions. Financing products are offered by independent third-party providers. Approval decisions, financing amounts, credit limits, interest rates, annual percentage rates, promotional periods, fees, repayment requirements, and other financing terms are determined by the applicable third-party provider and are subject to that provider’s eligibility criteria and underwriting requirements.
Alien Consulting does not guarantee: Financing approval A particular funding amount; A particular credit limit; A particular interest rate or APR A 0%; APR offer; A particular promotional period; Approval by any specific lender or provider; A specific funding timeline; Any particular financing terms. References on our website to introductory 0% APR business credit relate only to qualifying promotional products that may be offered by independent third-party providers. Availability and eligibility are not guaranteed.
7. No Professional Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and provided by an appropriately qualified professional, Alien Consulting does not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice. Information and recommendations provided through our website or consulting services are intended for general business consulting purposes. 8. No Guarantee of Results
Business, financing, credit, and financial outcomes depend on many factors outside Alien Consulting’s control. A complimentary Business Discovery Session may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us. Cancellation, termination, payment, and refund terms applicable to paid consulting engagements will be governed by the applicable service agreement, proposal, or written terms provided for that engagement. We reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement where permitted by law and subject to any applicable written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
